 V.I. Pets began in August 1988 when siblings John and Nancy Van Iwaarden opened their first pet store in the Westshore Mall in Holland, Michigan. Since then, V.I. Pets has expanded to become a chain of three Full Line Premier pet stores in the West Michigan area. The company remains family owned and operated, with John Van Iwaarden leading the way alongside his wife and furry companion.

Many of our store managers have been sharing their passion and expertise with our customers for over 20 years, making our team the best in the business.
